Support Our Campaign

We are raising $850,000 for the renovation of the Tyringham Church.

In 2023 we put on a new 100 year roof, and in the summer of 2024 we restored our grand porch and portico…. now with your help the Friends for the Preservation of Union Church can finish the job!

The third phase of our renovation project:

  • New wing providing a stairwell and lift for handicap access to the Sanctuary and the downstairs Community Room providing second means of egress from both spaces.

  • Upgrade of all utilities: heating, electrical and plumbing.

  • New kitchen and restrooms.

  • Gutters and improved subsurface drainage.

A Blizzard of Blessings

Recently multiple Berkshire County churches have closed their doors. The Friends for the Preservation of Union Church is committed to the preservation of Tyringham’s most conspicuous public landmark as a spiritual gathering place and community resource in both good times and at times of challenge.
